The construction of a new terminal for international flights at Vadodara airport has been completed and the terminal is likely to be commissioned soon. The terminal has been constructed at a cost of Rs 1.6 billion on an area of 18,120 square metres. It has the capacity to handle 700 passengers per hour (including 200 international passengers) and is expected to have 18 check-in counters.
