Emmvee Photovoltaic Power bags SEBI’s approval for IPO

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has received approval from SEBI to move forward with its plan for an IPO. In July 2025, the company filed its preliminary papers with SEBI, outlining plans to raise Rs 30 billion through the IPO. Furthermore, the IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth approximately Rs 21.43 billion. It also consists of an OFS of shares valued at approximately Rs 8.56 billion by the promoters. Earlier, in May 2024, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power signed an agreement with Hero Future Energies for supplying 600 MWp solar modules.
