Shadowfax Technologies has filed a confidential DRHP with SEBI for an IPO. The issue size is expected in the range of Rs 20 billion-Rs 25 billion, consisting of both an OFS and a fresh issue. With this issue, the company is expected to be valued at around Rs 85 billion. Reportedly, the proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilised to invest in the company’s network business and expand capacity.
