The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has extended the 27×7 customs clearance facility at all seaports till June 30, 2020. The development comes in light of the CBIC’s efforts to facilitate faster clearance of consignments. The facility has also been extended at air cargo stations/inland container depots/container freight stations, etc.
