Larsen & Toubro is selling eight operational road assets to Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus, an infrastructure fund managed by Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors, for Rs 70 billion in enterprise value. The transaction is still awaiting approvals from NHAI and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
