BoD of IRB Infrastructure approves proposal for transfer of Padra-Vadodara Expressway Project to IRB InvIT Fund

The board of directors of IRB Infrastructure Developers Private Limited has approved a preliminary non-binding proposal for transfer of the Padra-Vadodara Expressway Project (Vadodara-Mumbai Expressway) to the IRB InvIT fund. The company has completed 22.585 km out of the total 23.74 km of the project highway. The project involves the construction of the 23.74 km long Padra-Vadodara road section from km 355 to km 378.74 on the Vadodara-Kim road stretch in Gujarat. It is being implemented under Phase VI of the National Highways Development Programme under HAM at an estimated cost of Rs 20,430 million.
