The Noida International Airport in Uttar Pradesh carried out its first complete aircraft turnaround trial with IndiGo on June 9, 2026. The exercise marks the completion of a mandatory pre-opening readiness assessment as mandated by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation prior to the commencement of commercial operations. The trial evaluated the airport’s ability to efficiently handle a commercial aircraft’s turnaround process from arrival and landing to departure within the prescribed operational time frame.
