Ceigall India Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiaries Ceigall Green Energy MH1 Limited and Ceigall Green Energy MH2 Limited, has executed two long-term power purchase agreements (PPA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for 337 MW of solar capacity under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0.
The projects comprise a 190 MW solar photovoltaic project across four districts and a 147 MW project across two districts in Maharashtra. The combined engineering, procurement and construction value of the projects is about Rs 13.69 billion. The scope includes engineering, procurement and construction, followed by operations and maintenance, with power supply under the agreements for 25 years. The projects are scheduled for execution within 18 months.
