Mitsubishi acquires minority stake in KIS Group’s Indonesian operations

Mitsubishi Corporation has acquired a minority stake in the Indonesian operations of KIS Group, a biogas and biotechnology company. This deal marks the entry of Mitsubishi Corporation into the global biogas market. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed in the public domain. This partnership will enable KIS group to tap into Mitsubishi Corporation’s network across 90+ countries and commercialise advanced biogas, bio-CNG, and bio-LNG solutions for global markets.
