National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has launched the 100 m long steel girder between Kim and Sayan villages in Surat district under the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (HSR) Corridor Project. With this, six steel bridges in Gujarat under the project are completed.
The project involves development of the 508.17 km long Mumbai-Ahmedabad HSR corridor in Maharashtra and Gujarat with an investment of Rs 1,080 billion.
