The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has reportedly agreed to undertake a feasibility study for potential sites for the Hosur greenfield international airport. Around four sites have been shortlisted by the state government for the same, which also includes the existing private airstrip.
The airport is to be developed on an area of around 2,000 acres, with a capacity to handle 30 million passengers per annum.
