The central government has laid the foundation stone for the Jammu Airport civil enclave project. The project involves the development of a new civil enclave in Jammu & Kashmir, which will be spread across 40,000 square metres and cater to 2,000 passengers during peak hours. It will be implemented by the Airports Authority of India under the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) mode.
