Gawar Construction plans Rs 20 billion maiden InvIT offering

Gawar Construction Limited aims to raise Rs 20 billion through its maiden InvIT in the near future. The trust plans to include 10 operational road assets from across the country in its IPO, targeting a total debt and equity raise of Rs 52.5 billion.
