Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Juniper Networks, Inc., have entered into a definitive agreement, with HPE set to acquire Juniper in an all-cash transaction for $40 per share, representing an equity value of approximately $14 billion. The merger of HPE and Juniper will shift HPE’s portfolio towards higher-growth solutions and strengthen its high-margin networking business and accelerate its sustainable profitable growth strategy.
