A virtual reunion room (VRR) was installed at Chaudhary Charan Singh airport, Lucknow, on May 7, 2023 to enable faster baggage clearance. The VRR has been installed mainly for passengers whose luggage is retained in airport security in-line baggage screening areas. The VRR has audio and video communication features and has been installed near gate number 1 of the security hold area of Terminal 2.
