Exotel receives pan-India VNO licence

Exotel has received a pan-India unified licence for virtual network operator (UL VNO), enabling it to offer cloud calling solutions to businesses across India. According to the company, the UL VNO licence will allow it to provide MPPS and intermixing on the cloud, which will enable voice over internet protocol calling with a distributed contact centre.
