Pace Digitek, through its subsidiary Lineage Power (LPPL), has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with MEGMEET Electrical India for the supply of artificial intelligence (AI) data centre power systems and related products.
Under the agreement, MEGMEET will serve as a strategic supplier to LPPL, with the collaboration covering technical support, product upgrades, training and lifecycle after-sales services. Product supply will be undertaken through mutually agreed purchase orders.
The cooperation extends the two companies’ existing telecom power relationship into AI data centre power infrastructure. It also builds on LPPL’s established battery energy storage system manufacturing and system integration capabilities by adding AI data centre power systems to its portfolio.
