Kalpa Power Private Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding with Pace Digitek’s subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, to secure 100 MWh of battery energy storage system (BESS) capacity. Under the agreement, Lineage Power will give Kalpa Power priority access to 100 MWh of BESS capacity manufactured at its facilities.
The secured capacity will be used for WATTBANK, Kalpa Power’s productised BESS service, and will support battery storage projects across rooftop solar, open access and hybrid renewable projects.
