NDR InvIT Trust, an InvIT, has acquired Grade A industrial and warehousing assets in Surat, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune, for Rs 7.06 billion. The assets have over 2.1 million square feet of operational space and 100 per cent occupancy rates. The transaction is financed through a mix of cash and units issued. Of the total, Rs 5.65 billion is paid in cash and the remaining Rs 1.41 billion through a preferential issue of 11.01 million units at Rs 128 per unit.
