NHAI has invited bids for Bundle IV under the toll-operate-transfer (TOT) model, with a bid submission date of January 14, 2019. Besides, the authority has set an initial estimated concession value of Rs 41.7 billion for the bundle. TOT Bundle IV comprises seven road projects with a concession period of 30 years, spanning about 402 km in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir. The projects are the 64.37 km Jammu-Udhampur section of the new National Highway (NH)-44 from km 15 to km 79.37 in Jammu & Kashmir, the 60.72 km Patiala bypass-Sangrur bypass section of new NH-07 from km 50 to km 110.72 and the 58.68 km Sangrur bypass-Tapa section of new NH-07 from km 110.72 to km 167.4 in Punjab, the 57 km Hisar-Dabwali section of new NH-09 from km 170 to km 227 in Haryana, the 43.89 km Ringas-Sikar section of new NH-11 from km 298.08 to km 341.96 in Rajasthan, the 56.93 km Lakhnadon-Mahgaon section of new NH-07 from km 567.55 to km 624.48 in Madhya Pradesh, and the 60 km Pimpalgaon-Nashik-Gonde section of new NH-03 from km 380 to km 440 in Maharashtra.
