GHV (India) Private Limited received letter of award (LoA) worth Rs 1.08 billion for package LKCC-02-01 under the Lucknow Metro Rail Project (East-West Corridor) on June 9, 2026. Bids for the same were invited by Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited in February 2026.
The scope of work involves construction of depot cum workshop at Vasantkunj, including structural, architectural, plumbing, water supply and sewage, drainage, pre-engineered building and electrical and mechanical works, external development works, road works, electrical works, mechanical works, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and firefighting works on Hardoi Road. The work is likely to be completed in 18 months.
The project involves development of a new corridor in the city spanning 11.16 km with 12 stations. Seven stations from Charbagh-Niwazganj are likely to be underground spanning 6.87 km and remaining five stations from Vasant Kunj-Thakurganj are likely to be elevated spanning 4.28 km. The project entails investment of Rs 58.01 billion.
