NTPC Limited’s subsidiary NTPC Green Energy Limited has declared commercial operation of 105 MW solar capacity at the Khavda-II solar photovoltaic project in Gujarat through NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, a step-down subsidiary.
The commissioning represents the eighth and final part of the 1,200 MW Khavda-II project. With this, the NTPC Group’s total installed capacity has reached 90,773 MW, while commercial capacity stands at 88,893 MW.
