UltraTech Cement sold a 6.49 per cent stake in India Cements through an offer for sale (OFS) to comply with minimum public shareholding norms. The non-retail portion of the OFS was subscribed 2.75 times, against the offer size of Rs 19.3 billion. On the retail side, 20.1 million shares were reserved for individual investors. Prior to the dilution, UltraTech held an 81.49 per cent stake in the company.
