Juniper Green Energy commissions 43 MWp solar capacity at Karanja, Maharashtra

Juniper Green Energy Limited has commissioned an additional 43 MWp solar power capacity at its hybrid power project site in Karanja, Maharashtra.

The company has completed the entire 103 MWp solar component of the 129 MWp hybrid project, which supplies power to the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited through its subsidiary, Juniper Green Power Five Private Limited. The solar capacity was commissioned in two phases; 59.55 MWp on June 6, 2025 and 43 MWp on July 14, 2025. The project has been commissioned nearly 16 months ahead of its scheduled commercial operation date in November 2026.
