Waaree Transpower Private Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, is investing approximately Rs 1.92 billion to establish a 500 MVA, 400 kV transformer manufacturing facility.
The facility is expected to become operational by April 2027. It will enable the company to manufacture transformers across 132 kV, 220 kV and 400 kV voltage classes, catering to customers across these segments.
