Four listed REITs make a collective distribution of Rs 15.53 billion in Q4 2024-25

India’s four listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) made a collective distribution of Rs 15.53 billion to over 264,000 unitholders in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2024-25, recording an increase of around 13 per cent from Rs 13.77 billion in the previous year. For the full financial year, the cumulative distribution stood at Rs 60.7 billion from Rs 53.66 billion in 2023-24, recording an increase of 13 per cent. The four listed REITs include Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, Embassy Office Parks REIT, Mindspace Office Parks REIT, and Nexus Select Trust.
