Delivery Limited acquires controlling stake in Ecom Express

Delhivery Limited has signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) to acquire a 99.4 per cent stake in Ecom Express for Rs 14.07 billion. The transaction will be executed on a cash basis. With this move, Delhivery aims to integrate the operations of the two companies to achieve enhanced efficiency. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals.
