The maiden export shipment, consisting of around 500 tonnes of rice, sent from India has reached the Shahid Beheshti Chabahar port, Iran. Earlier, in February 2019, the maiden export shipment from Chabahar port was flagged off to Mumbai. Currently, the port is preparing to send its second export shipment to Mumbai.
