TP Solar Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), has secured a contract with the Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MSPGCL) to supply 300 MWp of solar modules for Rs 4.55 billion.
Under the agreement, TP Solar will deliver the modules to multiple locations across Maharashtra within the current year. The modules will be utilised for distributed solar projects under Maharashtra’s Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0.
