Larsen and Toubro (L&T) has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire a 21 per cent stake in E2E Networks for Rs 14.07 billion. The move will enable the company to increase its significance and reach in cloud and AI services. The company will make an investment of Rs 10.79 billion for a 15 per cent stake through preferential allotment and Rs 3.28 billion for a 6 per cent stake through secondary acquisition.
