CG Power acquires majority stake in GG Tronics for Rs 3.19 billion

CG Power and Industrial Solutions has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 55 per cent stake in G.G.Tronics India (GGT) for Rs 3.19 billion. The acquisition is expected to be concluded on or before August 23.
Founded in 2003, GGT specialises in designing, manufacturing, supplying, and installing electronic safety embedded signalling systems, including ‘KAVACH,’ for the railway transportation sector.
