Indian Oil Corporation Limited has issued a request for proposals for 10 kilo tonnes per annumn green hydrogen generation unit. To be located at its Panipat refinery petrochemical complex, the project will be developed on the basis of build, own, and operate model. According to the tender guidelines, the bidders are required to submit Rs 54.9 million as an earnest money deposit. The bid submission deadline is April 22, 2024. Furthermore, in 30 months of receiving the letter of award, the first hydrogen gas delivery is expected.
