DPT board grants approval to appoint MECON Limited for pipeline network modernisation

The board of the Deendayal Port Trust (DPT) has granted approval for the appointment of MECON Limited as the consultant for pipeline network modernisation at the oil jetty area. The scope of work for the consultant will include carrying out environmental impact assessment/ environment management plan studies for the project. The project is estimated to cost Rs 1,704.2 million and will increase cargo handling capacity from 8 mtpa to 10 mtpa.
