Bangladesh allows transshipment of Indian goods without charging customs and fees

Bangladesh has allowed transshipment of Indian goods via Chittagong and Mongla seaports without charging customs duties and transit fees. The tentative date of the first trial run for transshipment of goods is likely to be in January 2020.
