DCC approves auctioning of spectrum worth Rs 5.22 trillion

The Digital Communications Commission (DCC) has granted approval for auctioning spectrum worth Rs 5.22 trillion. The spectrum auction plan entails 8,300 MHz of airwaves spread across 22 telecom circles. The sale is likely to take place in March-April 2020.
