JSW infrastructure Limited, through its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Khurja Rail Terminal Private Limited (“Khurja Rail”) has successfully implemented the Approved Resolution Plan by National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai, Bench II and consequently has acquired NCR Rail Infrastructure Limited (“NCR Rail”) with effect from September 10, 2026. The acquisition has been completed at a cost of Rs 4.67 billion along with Rs 419.4 million paid for purchase of around 39.57 acres of land from Arshiya Limited as per the approved resolution plan.
Moreover, NCR Rail owns and operates a private freight terminal in Khurja, Uttar Pradesh, having six rail lines. The facility is located about 90 km from New Delhi and about 40 km from the upcoming Jewar Airport. The facility also features two covered fully constructed and operational warehouses with an area of about 0.2 million square feet. It also owns a land bank of approximately 130 acres.
Further, AMD Business Support Services Private Limited (“AMD”), which was a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR Rail, has also become a step down wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure, acquired at a cost of Rs 100,000 also effective September 10, 2026.
