Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) reported a robust operational performance in April 2026, handling 43.1 million metric tonnes (mmt) of cargo, marking a 15 per cent year-on-year increase. The growth was driven primarily by higher container volumes and dry cargo segments, both registering a 17 per cent year-on-year increase in April 2026. Meanwhile, logistics rail volumes witnessed a decline, with throughput at 48,490 twenty-foot equivalent units during the same month, registering a 16 per cent decline compared to the same period last year.
