REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has transferred the project-specific special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the interstate transmission system (ISTS) project, Bellary Davanagere Power Transmission Limited, to POWERGRID. The project has an implementation period of 24 months and covers the augmentation of transformation capacity at the Davanagere and Bellary substations and the establishment of a second 400 kV double circuit Bellary-Davanagere transmission line of about 72 km.
