Premji Invest acquires 2.61 per cent stake in NHIT

Premji Invest, a private equity firm, has acquired a 2.61 per cent stake in the National Highways Infra Trust for Rs 7.54 billion through an open market transaction. The deal involved the purchase of 50.6 million units, representing a 2.61 per cent stake, at an average price of  Rs 149.06 per unit. The units were sold by Vidyaniti LLP.
