Capital Infra Trust acquires three road assets

Capital Infra Trust has entered into an share purchase agreement (SPA) to acquire three road assets from Gawar Construction Limited for Rs 4.39 billion. Under the transaction, Capital Infra Trust will acquire a 100 per cent stake in three road SPVs: Hasanpur Bakhtiyarpur Highway Private Limited, JRR Highways Private Limited, and Korba Highway Private Limited. The assets are developed under the HAM mode and are located in Bihar, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh.
