Brookfield India Real Estate Trust has raised Rs 20 billion through the issuance of sustainability-linked bonds (SLBs), with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) acting as the anchor investor. The bonds carry a coupon of 7.06 per cent, payable quarterly, with a tenor of five years. Earlier, in December 2025, the real estate investment trust (REIT) raised Rs 25 billion through a qualified institutional placement (QIP).
