SAR Televentures acquires additional 19.93 per cent stake in Tikona Infinet for Rs 1.5 billion

SAR Televentures has signed an agreement to acquire an additional 19.93 per cent stake in Tikona Infinet Private Limited from L&T Finance for Rs 1.5 billion. Under the deal, Rs 300 million will be paid upfront, with the remaining amount to be settled through a share   swap arrangement. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
