Unitholders of IRB InvIT fund approves acquisition of three road assets

IRB InvIT Fund’s unitholders have approved the proposed acquisition of  a 100 per cent stake in three road assets from IRB Infrastructure Trust. These three highway assets have an enterprise value of Rs 84.36 billion. Additionally, unitholders have also approved a fundraise for acquiring these assets. The three build-operate-transfer assets are IRB Hapur Moradabad Tollway, Kaithal Tollway and Kishangarh Gulabpura Tollway.
