Alta Capital acquires warehousing assets worth Rs 8.4 billion

Alta Capital has acquired warehouse assets of 2.5 million sq. ft from Indospace for Rs 8.4 billion. The deal comprises of Grade A warehouses in Pune and Chennai. The acquisition will expand Alta Capital’s portfolio to over 11 million sq. feet in India. Alta Capital recently launched a logistic platform, LogiCap which will house these assets. The 50 per cent of the assets are already built and leased and remaining are under construction
