JSWIL incorporates SPV for EOMT of additional liquid cargo berths at JNPT in Maharashtra

JSW Infrastructure Limited (JSWIL) incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, JSW Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) Liquid Terminal Private Limited as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for equipping, operation, maintenance and transfer (EOMT) of additional liquid cargo berths at JNPT on March 13, 2024. The project involves EOMT of additional liquid cargo berths i.e. LB3 and LB4 at JNPT in Maharashtra on public-private partnership (PPP) mode. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 688.7 million.
