PLL, Gopalpur Ports sign binding transaction documents for Gopalpur FSRU terminal

Petronet LNG Limited (PLL) and Gopalpur Ports Limited have signed binding transaction documents for setting up of Gopalpur floating storage and regasification (FSRU) terminal. These include sub-concession agreement, sub-lease deed and port service agreement. The project involves setting up of an FSRU based liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal having four million tonnes per annum (mtpa) capacity in phase-I with provision for conversion to land based terminal having capacity of five mtpa.
