Sagarmala Finance Corporation sanctions around Rs 109 billion within five months of commencing lending operations

Sagarmala Finance Corporation Limited (SMFCL) has sanctioned loans worth Rs 108.82 billion within five months of commencing lending operations. Among the sanctions, Rs 39.38 billion was approved for Ramayapatnam Port, Rs 21 billion for Machilipatnam Port, and Rs 16.08 billion for Bhavanapadu Port.

Additionally, Rs 29.76 billion was sanctioned to Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board for coastal road network development. These loans are guaranteed by the Kerala and Andhra Pradesh governments, respectively.
