ITNL has sold the entire equity stake it held in Jorabat Shillong Expressway Limited (JSEL), a wholly owned subsidiary, to Sekura Roads for Rs 13.43 billion. With this transaction, all the liabilities have been adjusted. JSEL operates a four-lane highway from Jorabat to Shillong on NH-40. It connects Shillong, Mizoram and Tripura with Guwahati.
