Government issues show cause notices to Idea and BSNL for non compliance with call drop norms

The government has issued show cause notices to Idea Cellular and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) due to non-compliance of TRAI’s drop call rate benchmark for the quarter ended September 2018. The show cause notices were issued to the operators on January 18, 2019.
