MoR revises its passenger reservation form under VIKALP

The Ministry of Railways (MoR) has revised its passenger reservation form to benefit passengers booking tickets through passenger reservation system counters across the country, extending the VIKALP scheme option to bookings made through reservation windows. VIKALP provides confirmed seats to waitlisted passengers and ensures the optimisation of available seats.
